Abstract Ovaj rad prikazuje metodologiju, metode i postupke znanstvenog istraživanja. Prvi dio obrađuje metodologiju, metode i postupke priku-pljanja podataka u svrhu istraživanja. Drugi dio rada prikazuje strukturu anketnog upitnika, odnosno njegov izgled, vrste pitanja, prikaz rezultata i najčešće pogreške prilikom njegova sastavljanja.
Abstract (english) This paper presents the methodology, methods and methods of scientific research. A detailed review of the survey methodology is an organized and pre-prepared study, research, or collection of attitudes, opinions and data on a topic. The aim of the paper is to produce a questionnaire-friendly questionnaire on the satisfaction of wireless network users to gather data based on a sample of 50 users and to obtain high-quality data. The data obtained is used to improve the quality of the service, or to retain the existing users. The survey questionnaire is the most common and sometimes the only re-search instrument for both scientific and non-professional analyzes of social trends. Survey questions are compiled and addressed to a particular group or to a large number of people to make certain conclusions about the examined phenomenon. Later the data obtained are statistically processed, and the validity and reliability of this method depend first of all on the quality of information or data collected. This paper is conceived in three main parts. The first two parts make up the theory, and the third is a concrete example. The first part deals with the methodology, methods and procedures for gathering data for research purposes. The second part of the paper shows the structure of the survey questionnaire, is its appearance, type of questions, presentation of results and most common mistakes during its compilation. The third part of the work is for example. A survey questionnaire was prepared for a sample of 50 respondents aged 20-50 who are users of wireless networks to gain information about their satisfaction with the network service. In this way, it is also possible to determine which are the most important items related to the selection of the operator and which would most likely cause them to change.
