Abstract
Cilj ovog završnog rada bio je ukazati na prednosti korištenja bezkolektorskih istosmjernih elektromotora te prikazati cjelokupni proces proizvodnje jednog takvog elektromotora. Izuzevši izračun, sam proces proizvodnje pokazao se jednostavnim, a područje primjene proizvoda zapravo može postati vrlo široko. Također, Ansoft Maxwell Software pokazao se kao izuzetno dobar, kvalitetan i precizan program za modeliranje i analizu bezkolektorskih istosmjernih elektromotora. Višestruke prednosti korištenja bezkolektorskog istosmjernog elektromotora u odnosu na ostale elektromotore čine ga najboljim izborom u raznim primjenama. Bezkolektorski istosmjerni elektromotori imaju znatno veću efikasnost, održavanja gotovo nema, vrlo su tihi u radnom režimu, lako su upravljivi, imaju veliki raspon broja okretaja i jedini potrošni dijelovi su ležajevi. Zahvaljujući potpunoj kontroli broja okretaja i okretnog momenta, ovi elektromotori vrlo se lako mogu primijeniti na gotovo sve vrste transportnih sredstava.S obzirom da se danas vrlo velika važnost prilikom pretvaranja energije iz jednog oblika u drugi pridaje korisnosti, bezkolektorski istosmjerni elektromotori postaju vrlo poželjni kao pretvornici električne energije u mehaničku, uz vrlo male gubitke i minimalno održavanje.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this final paper was to point out the advantages of using collectorless DC electric motors and to present the entire process of production of one such electric motor. With the exception of the calculation, the production process itself has proven to be simple, and the field of application of the product can actually become very wide. Also, Ansoft Maxwell Software proved to be an extremely good, high-quality and accurate program for modeling and analysis of collectorless DC electric motors. The multiple advantages of using a collectorless DC electric motor over other electric motors make it the best choice in a variety of applications. Collectorless DC electric motors have significantly higher efficiency, almost no maintenance, are very quiet in operation, are easy to operate, have a large range of speeds and the only consumable parts are bearings. Thanks to the complete control of speed and torque, these electric motors can be easily applied to almost all types of vehicles. electricity into mechanical, with very little loss and minimal maintenance.
