Abstract U ovom se radu na temu Marketing usmenom predajom obuhvatio teorijski aspekt marketinga usmene predaje koji je popraćen primjerima iz poslovanja. Teorijski dio sastoji se od uvodnog dijela i tri poglavlja u kojima su objašnjeni pojam marketinga, marketinške komunikacije i marketing usmenom predajom.
U prvom djelu uz pojam marketinga prikazano je ukratko kako se razvijao kroz povijest. Nakon toga slijedi obrada marketinških komunikacija. U tom djelu navedene su i objašnjene vrste marketinških komunikacija. U trećem poglavlju objašnjeno je što je marketing usmenom predajom te kako se razvijao kroz povijest. Prikazano je kakva je bila usmena predaja prije pojave medija, nakon pojave tiskanih medija te na kraju kakav je marketing usmenom predajom nakon pojave online medija, što je aktualno i danas. U tom djelu su objašnjeni i prikazani društveni mediji putem kojih se odvija usmena predaja tj. forumi i online zajednice, blogovi i društvene mreže u kojima su objašnjene trenutno najpoznatije – Facebook, Instagram i Youtube te je prikazana usmena predaja putem Google My Business recenzija.
Praktični dio završnog rada sastoji se od primjera usmene predaje u poslovanju obrta za promidžbu Markething. Oni se bave digitalnim marketingom te na svojim društvenim mrežama i internetskoj stranici redovno objavljuju blogove i objave. Za potrebe pisanja završnog rada napravljeni su blog i Facebook objava, koji su prikazani u praktičnom djelu rada. Također je prikazan primjer recenzija na Google My Business profilu. U završnom djelu prikazana je analitika primjera u kojoj je objašnjeno koliko je usmena predaja putem bloga i Facebook objave bila uspješna.
Abstract (english) In this paper Word of mouth marketing is included the theoretical aspect of word of mouth marketing and examples from business. The theoretical part consists of introduction and three chapters that explain terms of marketing, marketing communication and word of mouth marketing.
In the first chapter aside marketing term explanation is also shown its brief development through history. The following chapter includes a description of marketing communications; marketing communication types are listed and explained. In the third chapter is explained what word of mouth marketing is and its development through history. It is described how word of mouth was before media appeared, after print media appeared and at the end how does word of mouth marketing look like after online media have occurred, which is actual today. In this part are explained and shown social medias through which word of mouth is happening; meaning forums and online communities, blogs, and social networks that includes currently the most popular ones – Facebook, Instagram and Youtube. Moreover, it also includes the word of mouth through Google My Business reviews.
Practical part of the final paper consists of an example of word of mouth in operating a business for marketing promotion. The business does digital marketing and on their social networks and web page they regularly post blogs and different posts. For the purpose of this final paper, blog and Facebook post were done and they are shown in the practical part of the paper. Furthermore, an example of Google My Business reviews is also included. In the conclusion part is found the analytics of the examples in which it is explained how successful word of mouth through blog and Facebook post was.
