Abstract Poslovno odlučivanje odnosi se na svako odlučivanje van sfere privatnosti. Uspješno donošenje poslovnih odluka jedan je od ključnih segmenata koji vode uspješnom poslovanju organizacije, a poslovno se odlučivanje u velikoj mjeri olakšava i poboljšava uvođenjem rutina, pravila i procedura u poslovanje organizacije.
Objasnile su se definicije vezane za poslovno i menadžersko odlučivanje, a pojasnile su se i odluke te vrste odluka. Isto tako, pojasnili su se i stilovi odlučivanja te su se istaknuli problemi koji se mogu pojaviti u poslovnom odlučivanja. Poslovno je odlučivanje vezano za donošenja odluka u poduzećima ili ostalim institucijama.
Zatim je obrađen cilj rada, a vezan je za ulogu rutina, pravila i procedura u poduzeću. U ovom su se poglavlju detaljno pojasnili pojmovi i definicije vezani za rutine, pravila i procedure u poslovanju poduzeća. Isto tako, istaknute su i brojne prednosti, ali i nedostaci koje rutine, pravila i procedure donose organizaciji te njenim zaposlenicima.
Kraj rada odnosi se na formalizaciju te utjecaj formalizacije na organizaciju i efikasnost u odlučivanju, a osim toga bavi se i konkretnim primjerom implementacije rutina, pravila i procedura u poslovanje poduzeća DURAN d.d. Pula. Ukazuje se na brojne prednosti, ali i neke nedostatke koje zaposlenici i organizacija u cjelini imaju korištenjem istih u poslovanju i svakodnevnim aktivnostima unutar organizacije, što u konačnici rezultira povećanjem efikasnosti i produktivnosti zaposlenika, ali i cjelokupne organizacije.
Abstract (english) Business and managerial decision making definitions are explained, as are decisions and types of decisions. Moreover, types of decision making were explained and problems that can appear in business decision making process were pointed out. Business decision making is related to bringing decisions in companies or other institutions.
The next chapter is about the scope of this paper; the role of routines, rules and procedures in the company. The before mentioned was in depth explained and definitions related to routines, rules and procedures in companies operations were provided. Moreover, numerous advantages but also disadvantages that routines, rules and procedures cause to the company and its employees were pointed out.
Formalization and the impact of formalization on companies and efficiency in decision making is found in the conclusion part , as well as a specific example of an implementation of routines, rules and procedures in business operations of DURAN d.d. Pula. It indicates different advantages, but also several disadvantages that employees and company as a whole have by using the above mentioned in business and everyday activities within the company which ultimately results with increase in both company’s and employees’ efficiency and productivity.
