Abstract Cilj ovog rada bio je analizirati i objasniti pojam tehnološki park njegov nastanak te ulogu u Republici Hrvatskoj. Tehnološki parkovi specifični su oblici koji su započeli svoj rast sredinom dvadesetog stoljeća. Na njih se gleda kao na mjesto gdje se tehnologija, poduzetništvo, znanje, inovacije i kreativnost objedinjuju kako bi se potaknuo proces stvaranja vizija, ideja i novih vrijednosti.Tehnološki parkovi poveznica su akademske zajednice i pothvata(inovacije). Dok je prvi tehnološki park u svijetu nastao u Silicijskoj dolini, prvi tehnološki park u Republici Hrvatskoj nastao je Zagrebu( današnji ZICER). S vremenom se industrijska ekonomija razvila u informatičku ekonomiju, koja također ima mnogo oblika. To vodi ka povezanosti industrije, tehnologije, poduzetništva, znanja i gospodarstva. Bitnu ulogu tehnoloških parkova u Hrvatskoj ima Tehnološki park Varaždin, koji pomaže inovativnim poduzećima u rastu ili nastajanju kroz realizaciji njihovih projekta, nudeći im usluge koje pomažu u opstanu i probijanju na tržište kroz postupak inkubacije.
Abstract (english) The object of this paper was to analyze and explain the concept oftechnological parks and their development in Croatia.. Technology parks are specific forms that began their growth in the mid-twentieth century. They are institutions where here technology, entrepreneurship, knowledge, innovation and creativity come together to begin the process of creating vision, ideas and new values. Technology parks are a link between academia and venture (innovation). The first technology park in the world was n Silicon Valley, while first technology park in the Republic of Croatia was created in Zagreb (today ZICER). Over time, the industrial economy has evolved into an information economy, which takes many forms. It leads towards the integration of industry, technology, entrepreneurship, knowledge and the economy An important role of technology parks in Croatia is the Varaždin Technology Park, which helps innovative companies grow or emerge through the realization of their projects, offering them services that help them survive and penetrate the market through the incubation process.
