Abstract Ovaj rad obrađuje temu NTC u razrednoj nastavi kroz teorijski i praktični dio.
Abstract (english) This thesis deals with the topic of NTC in primary school through the theoretical and practical part. The aim of the first, the theoretical part is to get acquainted with the NTC learning system, a program that affects the intellectual and motor development of the preschool and school age children, as well as the discovery of potentially gifted children. The connection between the neuroscience and pedagogy, stages of the NTC program, checking the effectiveness of the program through research and practical examples, as well as comparing the program to other approaches, shows the importance of introducing and applying NTC learning system into primary school teaching.
The second part of the paper presents a research conducted at the Rovinj's primary school Juraj Dobrila, witch aimed to examine the development of the fluency of divergent thinking through one-minute exercises that included writing the associations to a particular word. The research was conducted in three third grades of the same school in five weeks period and included 50 students who were divided into two groups (experimental and control). The obtained results showed that the number of associations in the experimental group on final test doubled comparing to the initial one, while the number of associations in the control group on the final test remained almost the same. The results indicate the rapid development of associative fluency, which is one of the factors of divergent thinking. If we see the importance of creativity development, by properly applying methods and techniques we greatly influence children's cognitive development.
