Abstract (english) According to the results presented in the paper, the trend of increasing automation at the global level has brought an increase in labor productivity. In Europe, productivity growth can be divided into the transport industry in which growth is 5.6% and all other industries in which growth is 3.3% in the period from 1993 to 2015. Productivity growth depends on the distribution of jobs, wages, value added , but also the density of the robot. A large increase in automation and an exaggeration with the introduction of robots in production will not abruptly change productivity, given that industries with higher robot densities are slower to record productivity growth, such as high-implementation industries, which have 0.5% global growth as opposed to industries. which are just introducing automation processes where productivity growth is 5%. The results of the studies differ due to the different definition of the robot density, but also the area it covers. The increase in productivity, and thus the density of robots in the industry, has led to a reduction in working hours, but also an increase in added value. The introduction of automation has led to an increase in wages globally in all groups of jobs, mostly in mid-level jobs, but it is important to note that the number of employees is declining in jobs that robots can replace humans while the number in jobs dealing with robot handling and training in steady growth. From the attached it is concluded that the introduction of automation will not take away people's jobs but will create the need for other forms of work in which people will find themselves and this trend is visible in the number of workers in service industries where robots are not so implemented.
