Abstract U nastavnom procesu, učenici se najviše kreću na satu tjelesne i zdravstvene kulture, metoda Fit for kids međunarodni je projekt koji promiče tjelesnu aktivnost za jačanje zdravlja djece i adolescenata u svim okruženjima. Metoda Fit for Kids se sastoji od motivacijske pedagogije, obrazovnih programa, tehnika, sadržaja i smjernica koje će se usredotočiti na povećanu upotrebu vježbanja i tjelesne aktivnosti u predškolskom i osnovnoškolskom razdoblju. Učenik učeći u pokretu stvara psihofizičku ravnotežu i posljedično, hormonalnu ravnotežu. Time učenik postiže visoku razinu koncentracije i na kraju unutarnju motivaciju za učenjem. Pomoću metode Fit for Kids učenik razvija socijalne kompetencije, pozitivne osobine ličnosti te kognitivne i motoričke vještine. Postaje učinkovitiji, brže reagira u okolini, lakše razmišlja, predviđa i analizira, učenik postaje samopouzdaniji. Cilj istraživanja bio je na uzorku (150 ispitanika) učitelja i učiteljica primarnog obrazovanja utvrditi jesu li ikad čuli za tu metodu učenja Fit for Kids , te jesu li željni naučiti nešto više o toj metodi poučavanja i primijeniti je u svom nastavnom procesu. Anketni upitnik sadrži 18 tvrdnji koje su ispitanici razredne nastave ispunjavali diljem cijele Republike Hrvatske. Rezultati istraživanja pokazala su da su učitelji i učiteljice, njih čak 68,2% složili s time da je za učenike važna igra i pokret, da učenici bolje uče i pamte kada nešto vide (81,5% ispitanika). Učitelji i učiteljice (43%) zainteresirani su za edukaciju o metodi Fit for Kids te bi provodili tu metodu učenja u svom nastavnom procesu (41,7% ispitanika).
Abstract (english) In the teaching process, students move mostly in the class of physical education and health, the Fit for kids method is an international project that promotes physical activity to strengthen the health of children and adolescents in all settings. The Fit for Kids method consists of motivational pedagogy, educational programs, techniques, content, and guidelines that will focus on increasing the use of exercise and physical activity in preschool and elementary school. By learning on the move, the student creates psychophysical balance and, consequently, hormonal balance. In this way, the student achieves a high level of concentration and ultimately an inner motivation to learn. Using the Fit for Kids method, the student develops social competencies, positive personality traits, and cognitive and motor skills. He becomes more efficient, reacts faster in the environment, thinks, predicts and analyzes more easily, the student becomes more confident. The aim of the research was to determine on a sample (150 respondents) primary school teachers whether they have ever heard of this method of learning Fit for Kids, and whether they are willing to learn more about this method of teaching and apply it in their teaching process. The questionnaire contains 18 statements that the respondents filled in throughout the entire Republic of Croatia. The results of the research showed that 68.2% of teachers agreed that play and movement are important for students, that students learn and remember better when they see something (81.5% of respondents). Teachers (43%) are interested in education about the Fit for Kids method and would implement this method of learning in their teaching process (41.7% of respondents).
