Abstract
Tjelesna aktivnost utječe na zdrav rast i razvoj djeteta rane i predškolske dobi i treba ju integrirati u život djece kako bi stvorili temelje motoričke pismenosti već od najranije dobi. Istraživanja pokazuju da će djeca koja imaju višu razinu tjelesne aktivnosti tijekom djetinjstva biti tjelesno aktivnija, čak i nakon sazrijevanja. Dijete se može fizički, mentalno, socijalno i emocionalno razvijati sudjelujući u tjelesnim aktivnostima. Suvremeni način života i upotreba tehnologije rezultira smanjenjem kretanja i tjelesne aktivnosti djece, stoga je važno djecu od najranije dobi poticati i stvarati okruženje u kojem će svakodnevno biti prisutna tjelesna aktivnost. Vrste kinezioloških aktivnosti koje se mogu primjenjivati u radu s djecom rane i predškolske dobi su aktivnost tjelesnog odgoja, poticajno tjelesno vježbanje, šetnja, izlet, zimovanje, ljetovanje i sportski trening.
Abstract (english)
Physical activity affects the healthy growth and development of a child of early and preschool age and should be integrated into the lives of children in order to create the foundations of motor literacy from an early age. Research studies show that children who have higher levels of physical activity during childhood will be more physically active even after maturation. A child can develop physically, mentally, socially and emotionally by participating in physical activities. The modern way of life and the use of technology result in a reduction in children's movement and physical activity, so it is important to encourage children from an early age and create an environment in which physical activity will be present on a daily basis. Types of kinesiological activities that can be applied in working with children of early and preschool age are physical education activity, stimulating physical exercise, walking, excursion, wintering, summer vacation and sports training.
