Abstract Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. je kineska multinacionalna tehnološka tvrtka sa
sjedištem u Shenzhenu, Guangdong. Projektira, razvija i prodaje telekomunikacijsku
opremu i potrošačku elektroniku. Tvrtku je 1987. osnovao Ren Zhengfei, bivši zamjenik
načelnika pukovnije Narodnooslobodilačke vojske. U početku usredotočen na
proizvodnju telefonskih prekidača, Huawei je proširio svoje poslovanje uključivanjem
izgradnje telekomunikacijskih mreža, pružanjem operativnih i konzultantskih usluga i
opreme poduzećima unutar i izvan Kine. Cilj ovoga završnog rada jest prikazati
trgovačke aktivnosti poduzeća u obradi njihove teorijske problematike, kao i na
aplikativnom primjeru poduzeća Huawei, gdje će se obraditi njegove trgovačke
aktivnosti nabave, distribucije, prodaje i marketinga. Svrha je rada obradom trgovačkih
aktivnosti poduzeća Huawei spoznati važnost cjelokupnog njegovog trgovačkog
poslovanja i uspjeha na međunarodnim tržištima. Njegove trgovačke aktivnosti su
stoga opsežne i kompleksne, gdje globalnu strategiju poslovanja i implementacije
trgovačkih aktivnosti po segmentima Huawei donosi globalno, a potom ih implementira
na regionalnim razinama podružnica, sukladno njihovim potrebama potražnje.
Abstract (english) Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. is a Chinese multinational technology company
based in Shenzhen, Guangdong. Designs, develops and sells telecommunications
equipment and consumer electronics. The company was founded in 1987 by Ren
Zhengfei, a former deputy chief of the People's Liberation Army regiment. Initially
focused on the production of telephone switches, Huawei has expanded its business
to include the construction of telecommunications networks, providing operational and
consulting services and equipment to companies inside and outside China. The aim of
this final paper is to present the trade activities of the company in the processing of
their theoretical issues, as well as on the application example of the company Huawei,
where its trade activities of procurement, distribution, sales and marketing will be
discussed. The purpose of the paper is to understand the importance of Huawei's
trading activities and to realize the importance of its entire trading business and
success in international markets. Its trading activities are therefore extensive and
complex, where Huawei adopts a global business strategy and implementation of
trading activities by segments globally, and then implements them at regional branch
levels, according to their demand needs.
