Abstract U suvremenom dobu dolazi do intenzivnih i dinamičnih promjena na tržištu turizma. Promijenila se turistička potražnja te selektivni oblici sva više dobivaju na vrijednosti i sve više resursa svaka pojedina destinacija ulaže u kulturni turizam. Već dugo godina turistička ponuda temeljila se na suncu i moru ali došlo je vrijeme kada posjetitelje sve više privlači prirodna i kulturna baština. Kulturni resursi kojima obiluje Hrvatska te isto tako i Istra mogu obogatiti kvalitetu i imidž turističke ponude. Iz toga proizlazi i smisao ovog završnog rada koji ukazuje važnost na razvitak kulturne baštine i razvoja novih turističkih sadržaja u destinaciji, sredini poput Općine Svetvinčenat čiji se potencijal razmatra u radu te ukazuje na pozitivne ekonomske i socio-kulturne učinke. Fokus je stavljen na kulturni turizam kao jedan od selektivnih oblika turizma sa velikim razvojnim mogućnostima. Navedeni proizvodi u radu moraju se temeljiti na kreativnosti, prepoznatljivosti i autentičnosti, a pritom zahtijevaju ulaganje i rad baziran na kreiranju novih turističkih brendova.
Općina Svetvinčenat kao mala ruralna sredina u Istarskoj županiji, mjesto sa srednjovjekovnim kaštelom Morosini Grimani i autentičnim renesansnim trgom te raznim manifestacijama posjeduje izniman potencijal u svrhu razvijanja kulturnog turizma što se u ovom završnom radu potkrepljuje podacima. Važno je napomenuti utvrđivanje potrebe za dodatnim turističkim ulaganjima, stvaranjem turističkih proizvoda i definiranje dugoročne vizije razvoja Općine Svetvinčenat koja je bazirana na kulturnom turizmu.
Upravo se zbog toga, kroz poglavlja ovog završnog rada potvrđuje da je za razvoj kulturnog turizma, kulturnog turizma Svetvinčenta, neophodno aktiviranje marketinških i upravljačkih aspekata, sustavan rad te ulaganja temeljena na dugoročnom razvoju sredine.
Abstract (english) In modern times, there are intense and dynamic changes in the tourism market. Tourist demand has changed and selective forms are gaining more and more value and resources each destination is investing in cultural tourism. For many years, the tourist offer was based on the sun and the sea, but the time has come when visitors are increasingly attracted by natural and cultural heritage. Cultural resources that abound in Croatia and also Istria can enrich the quality and image of the tourist offer. Hence the meaning of this final paper which indicates the importance of the development of cultural heritage and the development of new tourist facilities in the destination, an environment like the Municipality of Svetvinčenat whose potential is considered in the paper and indicates positive economic and socio-cultural effects. The focus is on cultural tourism as one of the selective forms of tourism with great development opportunities. The mentioned products in the work must be based on creativity, recognizability and authenticity, and at the same time they require investment and work based on the creation of new tourist brands.
The municipality of Svetvinčenat as a small rural area in the Istrian County, a place with a medieval castle Morosini Grimani and an authentic Renaissance square and various events has exceptional potential for the development of cultural tourism, which is supported by data in this final paper. It is important to mention the identification of the need for additional tourism investments, the creation of tourism products and the definition of a long-term vision for the development of the Municipality of Svetvinčenat, which is based on cultural tourism.
That is why, through the chapters of this final paper, it is confirmed that for the development of cultural tourism, cultural tourism of Svetvincenat, it is necessary to activate marketing and management aspects, systematic work and investments based on long-term development of the environment.
