Abstract Svaki proces odlučivanja završava donošenjem odluke.
donesenu odluku.
Abstract (english) Every decision-making process ends by making decision.
Business decision making can be defined as the choice between two or more versions
of problem solving in business situations. Decisions can be made individually and
collectively, depending on how many people are involved in taking responsibility for
the decision made.
Every decision is greatly influenced by psychological aspects. Ethical decision-making
refers to personal and organizational values that can often be different. When making
decisions, sometimes, it is necessary to neglect personal values and respect the
values of the organization in which one operates, because not everyone understands
the same things as ethical or unethical. Emotions are considered a key element of
rational decision-making and should be recognized in time and learned to manage.
Each situation encourages different aspects of an individual’s personality. When
making a decision, it is important to see the objective reality.
In assignment, the most common mistakes in decision-making are highlighted in order
to identify and eliminate them in time.
In this assignment, a survey was conducted to see the impact of ethics, emotions,
personalities, and perceptions on the decision-making process.
