Abstract Komunikacija se smatra temeljnim čimbenikom međuljudskih odnosa. Bit
komunikacije je slanje poruke određenim kanalom s ciljem dobivanja
povratnog odgovora, interakcije ili feedback-a. Inače se sama komunikacija
odvija raznim sredstvima, bilo verbalnim ili pak neverbalnim, sve ovisno o
tome u kojoj se situaciji nalazimo. Komunikacija ima više faza, no njen
početak nastaje tek u onom trenutku kada nastane potreba za istom.
Neverbalna komunikacija za razliku od verbalne, nije u potpunosti kontrolirana,
naime ona podliježe našim nesvjesnim radnjama, a pomoću nje se može lako
vidjeti da li se kod verbalne komunikacije ona neverbalna podudara s njom.
Kroz ovu vrstu komunikacije mnogo toga se može reći bez riječi ali također i
iščitati. Neverbalnom komunikacijom izraziti ćemo svoj emocije, dati drugima
do znanja sviđaju li nam se ili ne, pokazati jesmo li dominantni ili submisivni,
predstaviti sebe drugima, i sl. Također je s njom omogućeno naglašavanje
verbalne poruku, primjerice objašnjavamo nekome nešto i želimo naglasiti
određeni dio u samom razgovoru, taj dio glasnije izgovorimo te napravimo
gestikulaciju rukama, nogama, tijelom.
Obzirom da neverbalni znakovi znaju imati jače značenje od verbalnih, ljudi
neverbalnu komunikaciju koriste tijekom svog cijelog životnog vijeka, a takva
komunikacija je mnogo iskrenija, izvornija jer se nju teže kontrolira nego
izgovorene riječi.
Abstract (english) Communication is considered a fundamental factor in interpersonal
relationships. The essence of communication is to send a message through a
specific channel in order to get feedback, interaction or feedback. Otherwise,
the communication itself takes place by various means, either verbal or nonverbal,
all depending on the situation we are in. Communication has several
phases, but its beginning occurs only at the moment when the need for it
arises.
Non-verbal communication, unlike verbal, is not completely controlled, namely
it is subject to our unconscious actions, and with its help it is easy to see
whether in verbal communication it is non-verbal coincides with it. Through
this type of communication a lot can be said without words but also read. Nonverbal
communication will express our emotions, let others know whether we
like it or not, show whether we are dominant or submissive, introduce
ourselves to others, etc. It also allows us to emphasize a verbal message, for
example we explain something to someone and want to emphasize a certain
part in the conversation itself, we say that part louder and make gestures with
our hands, feet, body.
Because nonverbal cues can have a stronger meaning than verbal ones,
people use nonverbal communication throughout their lives, and such
communication is much more honest, more original because it is harder to
control than spoken words.
