Pri realizaciji projekta formira se projektni tim na čelu sa projektnim menadžerom koji koordinira sve projektne aktivnosti i upravlja projektom, a projektni tim izvršava projektne zadatke.
Završna faza projekta je ključna za samu njegovu finalizaciju. Mnogi smatraju da se završnom fazom smatra sam čin završetka projekta, gdje se kompletiranjem i prezentacijom završnog izvješća projekt završava i tu prestaje svaka njegova uloga. Međutim, završna faza projekta je mnogo više od toga. Ona je faza projekta isto kao i početna i implementacijska, te ostale faze projekta i ima svoje dijelove. Da bi se bolje razumjelo upravljanje fazom zatvaranja na projektu, u radu su objašnjeni projekti i projektno orjentirano poslovanje, životni ciklus projekta i njegove faze, zatim revizija projekta, njena provedba, životni ciklus te uvjeti za uspješnu reviziju. Nadalje, u radu je bilo riječi o završetku projekta, razlozima i metodama za završetak projekta, o završnom izvještaju, raspuštanju tima te o postimplementacijskoj provjeri i naučenim lekcijama. U zadnjem dijelu rada riječi je o fazi zatvaranja projekta u praksi, pri čemu je prikazana primjer pokretanja poduzeća Punkt d.o.o
Abstract (english) The paper deals with the management of the project closure phase, which is a key stage in the final finalization of the project, and is important for the success and sustainability of the project upon completion of the full project assignment. In order for the project to show its sustainability, which will be reflected in the company by its progressive business success and stable sustainability of the project upon completion of the project. In order to achieve this, the project, after its approval, needs to be well managed in the implementation phase. In order to better understand the management of the closure phase of a project, the paper explains the projects and project-oriented business, the project life cycle and its phases, then the project audit, its implementation, the life cycle and the conditions for a successful audit. Furthermore, the paper discussed the completion of the project, the reasons and methods for completing the project, the final report, the dissolution of the team, and the post-implementation verification and lesson learned. The last part of the paper deals with the phase of closure of the project in practice, with two examples being presented: the phase of completion of the project on the example of the bistro Punkt .
