Abstract Tema procjene je u literaturu obrađena vrlo pažljivo i sistematizirano. Navedeni su primjeri
uz teorijska objašnjenja, a za svaku tehniku su opisane prednosti i nedostaci. Važnost
procjene je prepoznata u mnogim poduzećima i potrebno je podizati svijest o njenim
koristima. U praksi je najbolje koristiti kombinirane tehnike koje nadopunjuju svoje
nedostatke. Koristi procjene su obostrane, kako za zaposlene tako i za menadžment.
Menadžment ima jasniju sliku o ljudskim resursima i podiže konkurentnost poduzeća na
tržištu proizvoda, a zaposleni imaju priliku usavršavati svoju uspješnost i podižu si
konkurentnost na tržištu rada. U procjeni se mogu dogoditi problemi, ali ona uvijek mora
biti zakonski prihvatljiva. Nažalost, još uvijek se događa da ljudi budu diskriminirani zbog
dobi, spola, vjere, rase i sl. i kada osobne karakteristike utječu na procjenu mogu se
dogoditi ozbiljne pravne posljedice. Zato uvijek kada se radi procjena ona mora biti
pravedna i treba imati na umu sljedeće stvari: pravilna priprema, odgovarajući procjenitelj,
prigodna tehnika, povratne informacije, pravednost i poštivanje Zakona.
Abstract (english) The subject of assessment in literature is explained very carefully and systematically.
Examples are given along with the theory and for each technique are explained its
advantages and disadvantages. The importance of assessment is recognized by many
enterprises and it is necessary to raise awareness about the benefits it has. For real life
situations, combination of techniques is more suitable. Benefits of assessment are mutual,
both for employees and management. Management has a clearer picture about human
resources so it can get more competitive on the market while employees have an
opportunity to perfect their performance and have more competitive employability.
Problems can occur during the assessment but it always needs to be done legally.
Unfortunately, people still get discriminated based on their age, sex, religion, race etc. and
that can lead to serious legal repercussions. Assessment always needs to be done justly
keeping in mind the following things: adequate preparation, carriers and techniques,
feedback, justice and respect of the Law.
