To pomaže u povećanju vrijednosti koju tvrtka dobiva od svog IT odjela.
Abstract (english) COBIT 5 was released in 2012 with guidelines that would help corporations improve their enterprise-wide governance as well as management. The reason this was done is because the number of corporations that were using cloud services was growing every day, and with that, there was a rise in risk. COBIT 5 presented companies a standard set of guidelines that could be applied in any industry to combat this issue. This alowed organizations to meet their deadlines and create a bridge between IT and business strategies while managing risks successfully. The managerial processes that come with the framework aligns with all the corporate activities, including all inputs and outputs, other key goals, maturity models, performance measures, and more. This helps in increasing the value a corporation gets from its IT department. COBIT 2019 is an update to COBIT 5. It uses the same foundational principles as COBIT 5 along with different and new developments that are needed today. COBIT 2019 also comes with different insights, guidelines, and other training certifications to help businesses grow even further. COBIT 2019 gives corporations a flexible framework that can be used to solve either a specific problem or be adopted across the entire organization. The world of information technology is always evolving. Things like IoT and cloud data have become essential for a lot of companies, and they weren’t even imagined more than two decades ago. If they want to succeed, all organizations need to adapt and evolve with the changing of times, including adopting new technologies. Such as COBIT 2019.
