Abstract
Online ucenje je pojam za ucenje na daljinu putem interneta. Potrebno je odabrati dobar alat koji ce moci podrzavati sve potrebne materijale. Teme za ucenje se mogu preskakati tako da korisnik sam bira od kojeg dijela gradiva ce krenuti i sam si diktira tempo. Elektroničkim se učenjem želi potaknuti veća motivacija korisnika pri učenju. Najveća isplativost ovog oblika obrazovanja je za velika poduzeća koja imaju zaposlenike širom svijeta. Već kroz prvu godinu vidi se napredak i novčana isplativost, ako su zaposlenici obučeni na vrijeme i samom poduzeću također raste kvaliteta.
Abstract (english)
Online learning is a term for distance learning via the Internet. It is necessary to choose a good tool that will be able to support all the necessary materials. Learning topics can be skipped so that the user chooses which part of the material to start from and dictates the pace. E-learning aims to encourage greater motivation of users in learning. The greatest cost-effectiveness of this form of education is for large companies that have employees around the world. Already in the first year, progress and financial viability can be seen, if the employees are trained on time and the quality of the company itself also increases.
