pozitivnog radnog okruženja uključujući fizičko okruženje, radne uvjete, ali i kulturu
organizacije.
Abstract (english) It is an eternal question whether emotions have a place at work or not, but one thing is
for sure - emotions are constant regardless of whether they are visible from the outside
and as such they affect the individual, but also his environment and thus the workplace
(and vice versa). Employee satisfaction is the core of any successful organization,
which is one of the reasons for paying more attention to their emotions. Accordingly,
there is an increasing emphasis on emotional intelligence itself.
In this challenging time that has passed, but also what is to come, remote work
becomes indispensable. Remote work puts an even greater emphasis on
communication and the importance of a positive work environment, including the
physical environment, working conditions and the culture of the organization. At the
border of the physical workplace and remote work, there is a hybrid work that has come
to life in recent times. In any situation, but especially in remote work, successful
communication is a priority and is necessary for success. Communication barriers
often cause stress in individuals, where the organizational approach and the approach
of the individual in managing stress are important. Although stress is often viewed as
negative, it actually has certain benefits such as increased brain power, short-term
immunity and creativity.
It is often said that emotions cannot be escaped and the same can be said about
remote work, which is the future of business.
