Abstract | Ovaj završni rad detaljno govori o ulozi manifestacija u kreiranju turističke ponude destinacije, o svim pozitivnim i negativnim utjecajima koje ima na okoliš, destinaciju i lokalno stanovništvo destinacije.
Najprije se govori o razvoju turizma, o počecima putovanja još u doba starih Grka i Rimljana te o razlozima zbog kojih su oni putovali, zatim o putovanjima i obnovama infrastrukture kroz srednji vijek, nakon čega se uspoređuje kako je Industrijska revolucija nastala u svrhu odvajanja posla i slobodnog vremena, dok u postmodernom društvu posao zadire i u privatni život čovjeka.
Nakon toga je definiran turizam, karakteristike turističkih ponuda, njihov nastanak i organizacija pomoću marketing mixa. Zatim je objašnjeno kako su manifestacije dio ponuda koje destinacije pružaju turistima i često se nude u paket aranžmanima, a u mnogo slučajeva turisti prepoznaju određenu destinaciju na temelju nekih manifestacije koje se u njoj održavaju. Nakon toga se uspoređuje važnost turizma i manifestacija, odnosno njihov međusobni utjecaj koji imaju jedno na drugo.
Zatim su obrazložene povijesne manifestacije, manifestacije hrane i pića, festivali i kulturne manifestacije, religiozne, sportske te poslovne i turističke manifestacije te je za svaku od nabrojanih vrsta dano nekoliko primjera.
Zadnje poglavlje se detaljno bavi temom samoga rada te utvrđuje hipotezu rada o ulozi koju manifestacije imaju za destinacije i njihovu ponudu, o važnosti te uloge, pozitivnim i negativnim učincima te se navodi nekoliko primjera kako bi se negativni učinci mogli smanjiti. Nakon toga je fokus na Hrvatskoj i istim problematikama i njihovim mogućim rješenjima. |
Abstract (english) | This final paper details the many roles of events in the creation of tourism offers of a destination, of all the positive and negative impacts that events have on the environment, destination and the locals.
First, the paper explains the development of tourism, the beginning of traveling at the time of the ancient Greeks and Romans, and the reasons why they were traveling, then, about the travel and rehabilitation of infrastructure in the Middle Ages, after which it compares the point of Industrial Revolution which was created for the purpose of separating work from free time, while in the postmodern society, work is a part of a private life again.
After that, tourism is defined, along with the characteristics of tourism products, their development and organization using the marketing mix. Afterwards, it is explained how the events are a part of the offer which destinations provide to tourists, and are often offered in package deals, and how in many cases, tourists recognize a specific destination based on the events that take place in that destination. After that, the paper compares the importance of tourism and events, and the mutual influence that they have on each other.
The paper also talks about the historical events, events of food and drinks, festivals and cultural events, sports and business and tourism events, and for each of them are listed a few examples.
The last chapter of this final paper deals extensively with the subject of the paper itself, and establishes the hypothesis of the paper about the role that events have on destinations and their offer to tourists, about the importance of that role, the positive and negative effects, and about a few examples on how the negatives could be reduced. Afterwards, the focus of the paper is on Croatia and the same event roles and problems, as well as their possible solutions. environment |
