Abstract
Poslovna analiza ključna je stavka kontinuiranog rasta i razvoja gotovo svake organizacije. Kako bi se ona provodila važno je poznavati i primjenjivati tehnike kojima će se detektirati snage i slabosti, prednosti i mane tvrtke, a potom kreirati strategije kojima će se poboljšati način rada i profit organizacije. Tehnike poslovne analize se mogu koristiti zasebno ili u kombinaciji, ovisno o potrebama tvrtke ili o iskustvu poslovnog analitičara. U BABOK vodiču detaljno je opisano pedeset tehnika za poslovnu analizu, kao i njihova primjena.
Abstract (english)
Business analysis is a key item of continuous growth and development of almost every company. In order to implement it, it is important to know and apply techniques that will detect the strengths and weaknesses, strengths and weaknesses of the company, and then create strategies that will improve profits. The techniques can be used alone or in combination, depending on the needs of the company or the experience of the business analyst. The BABOK Guide describes in detail fifty techniques for business analysis, as well as their application.
