Abstract Ovaj rad bavi se obrazovnom robotikom i njezinom primjenom kako u obrazovnom procesu tako i u nastavi informatike. Za početak se pojašnjava pojam STEM-a, ističući robotiku kao ključnu sastavnicu STEM područja. Dalje se u radu razmatra pojam robotike, predstavljaju generacije robota te se ukazuje na sve veću prisutnost robotike u društvu. U trećem poglavlju definira se i analizira obrazovna robotika, njen razvoj i različite klasifikacije unutar nje. Naredno poglavlja osvrće se na prednosti integracije robotike u obrazovanje. Robotika u nastavi informatike govori kako se nastava robotike provodi uglavnom kao izvanškolska aktivnost ili kroz klubove mladih tehničara ali da njezina integraciju u nastavu informatike nije potpuna te da priznavanje nije postignuto. Djelovanje obrazovne robotike na razvoj kognitivnih vještina djece razmatra se u poglavlju koje slijedi, a potom se predstavljaju konkretni primjeri robota upotrebljavanih u obrazovnom procesu. Analiza interesa učenika za određena područja izborne nastave donosi se u petom poglavlju. Šesto poglavlje pruža uvid u kurikulum nastave informatike, novi kurikulum informacije i digitalne kompetencije te donosi prijedlog smjernica za razradu kurikuluma robotike za osnovne škole. Sljedeće poglavlje opisuje važnost kompetencija i motivacije učitelja kako bi se učenicima osiguralo kvalitetnije obrazovanje. Deveto poglavlje posvećeno je inicijativi Croatian Makers Ligi, najznačajnijem projektu za poticanje obrazovanja u području robotike i programiranja u Hrvatskoj. Završno poglavlje donosi rezultate istraživanja provedenog nad učiteljima informatike iz osnovnih škola, analizirajući njihove stavove i primjenu u nastavi.
Abstract (english) This master's thesis focuses on educational robotics and its application in both the educational process and computer science teaching. Initially, the concept of STEM is clarified, highlighting robotics as a key component of the STEM field. The paper further delves into the concept of robotics, introduces the generations of robots, and points out the increasing presence of robotics in society. In the third chapter, educational robotics is defined and analyzed, its development, and various classifications within it are discussed. The following chapters discuss the benefits of integrating robotics into education. Robotics in computer science teaching describes how robotics education is primarily implemented as an extracurricular activity or through youth technician clubs. However, its integration into computer science teaching is not yet complete, and recognition is still lacking. The impact of educational robotics on the development of cognitive skills in children is discussed in the subsequent chapter, followed by the presentation of specific examples of robots used in the educational process. The fifth chapter provides an analysis of students' interest in certain elective teaching areas. The sixth chapter offers insights into the computer science teaching curriculum, the new curriculum for information and digital competencies, and proposes guidelines for developing a robotics curriculum for primary schools. The next chapter describes the importance of teacher competencies and motivation to ensure a higher quality education for students. The ninth chapter is dedicated to the Croatian Makers League initiative, the most significant project for promoting education in the field of robotics and programming in Croatia. The concluding chapter presents the results of a study conducted on computer science teachers from primary schools, analyzing their attitudes and application in teaching.
