Abstract
Tema ovog diplomskog rada je selektivni oblik turizma odnosno eno gastronomski turizam, na primjeru Istarske županije. Eno gastronomija se odnosi na umjetnost spajanja hrane i pića. Kroz poglavlja ovog rada predstavljene su blagodati poput lokalnih sastojaka, maslinovog ulja, tartufa kojima Hrvatska obiluje, zatim vinska kultura, kulinarski festivali te najpoznatije vinarije i vinoteli kako u Istri tako i u ostatku Europe i svijeta. Možemo reći da eno gastronomija spaja povijest, krajolik, okuse i gostoprimstvo stvarajući vodeću kulinarsku destinaciju u Europi.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this master’s thesis is a selective form of tourism, namely eno – gastronomic tourism, using the example of the Istrian County. Eno-gastronomy refers to the art of combining food and wine experiences. Throughtout the chapters of this thesis, the benefits of local ingredients, such as olive oil an truffles that Croatia abounds in, as well as wine culture, culinary festivals, and the most renowned wineries and wine hotels in both Istria and the rest of Europe, i.e. the world, are presented. It can be said that Croatia’s eno-gastronomy blends history, landscape flavors, and hospitality, creating a leading culinary destination in Europe.
