Abstract Pokretačka snaga festivalskog turizma leži u njegovoj atraktivnosti. Privlačnost
je važna percepcija tijekom sudjelovanja turista u turističkim aktivnostima. Kod
festivala je atraktivnost kritičan čimbenik koji utječe na turističku motivaciju i
sudjelovanje u aktivnostima Održavanje festivala može unaprijediti namjere turista da
ponovno posjete destinaciju, a to je ključ uspjeha festivalskih aktivnosti.
Glavni elementi koji utječu na uspješnost festivala su vrijeme, lokacija, sadržaj,
organizacija, proračun i komuniciranje. Event je uspješan kada vrijeme odgovara većini
uzvanika, mjesto je dobro opremljeno i u skladu s konceptom, sadržaj prepoznatljiv,
organizacija kvalitetna, proračun pod kontrolom, komuniciranje profesionalno, te kada
se postigao interes za proizvod/uslugu i poruku izdiglo iz mase. Komparativnom
analizom prikaza četiri aplikativna primjera održavanja festivala, domaćih i inozemnih,
pokazala je nacionalne i globalne uspjehe održavanja festivala, učinkovitost njihove
organizacije, veliku atraktivnost i konkurentnost u odnosu na druge festivale, snažnu i
rastuću posjećenost te je dala dodanu vrijednost atraktivnosti destinacija u kojima se
održavaju.
Može se stoga konačno zaključiti kako festivali imaju veoma značajnu ulogu u
promicanju atraktivnosti destinacije te da svojim održavanjem doprinose rastu
turističkih pokazatelja i uspjeha u razvoju turističke ponude
Abstract (english) The driving force of festival tourism lies in its attractiveness. Attraction is an
important perception during the participation of tourists in tourism activities. At the
festival, attractiveness is a critical factor influencing tourist motivation and participation
in activities. Holding a festival can improve the intentions of tourists to visit the
destination again, and this is the key to the success of festival activities.
The main elements that affect the success of the festival are time, location,
content, organization, budget and communication. The event is successful when the
time suits most guests, the place is well equipped and in accordance with the concept,
recognizable content, quality organization, budget under control, professional
communication, and when it achieved interest in the product / service and the message
rose from the crowd. Comparative analysis showed four applied examples of festivals,
domestic and foreign, showed the national and global success of the festival, the
effectiveness of their organization, great attractiveness and competitiveness compared
to other festivals, strong and growing attendance and added value to the attractiveness
of destinations. are maintained.
It can therefore finally be concluded that festivals have a very important role in
promoting the attractiveness of the destination and that their maintenance contributes
to the growth of tourist indicators and success in the development of the tourist offer.
