Abstract Turizam i eno-gastronomija su dva vrlo usko povezana pojma čija ponuda proizvoda i
usluga predstavlja dio kulture lokaliteta s kojim se posjetitelji prilikom dolaska i boravka
u turističkoj destinaciji susreću i upoznaju prilikom konzumacije jela i pića,
sudjelovanjem u raznim aktivnostima i tematskim manifestacijama i događanjima.
Ruralno područje predstavlja osnovni preduvjet razvoja vinskog turizma s visokom
razinom turističkog potencijala u funkciji izvora poduzetničkih prilika i ideja pokretanje
poduzetničkih pothvata koji će svojom provedbom utjecati na razvoj turizma i
gospodarstva u turističkoj destinaciji. Pristup poduzetnčkoj inicijativi i provedbi
poduhvata u vinskom turizmu treba uz osnovu, koju primarno čini kvaliteta vina,
sadržavati i autentičnost područja, upravljanje događajima i povezati turističku
dimenziju povezanu sa pružanjem smještaja kako bi se stvorio jedinstven ambijent u
vinskom turizmu. Razvoj poduzetništva u vinskom turizmu značajno je za razvoj imidža
turističke destinacije, poduzetničkog okruženja i klime, te zadovoljavanju sve
kompleksnijih potreba suvremene turističke potražnje.
Abstract (english) Tourism and eno-gastronomy are two very closely related concepts whose product and
service offer is part of the culture of the locality that visitors meet and get to know during
their arrival and stay in the tourist destination during the consumption of food and drink,
by participating in various activities and thematic manifestations and events. The rural
area represents the basic prerequisite for the development of wine tourism with a high
level of tourist potential as a source of entrepreneurial opportunities and ideas for the
initiation of entrepreneurial ventures that, through their implementation, will influence
the development of tourism and the economy in the tourist destination. The approach
to the entrepreneurial initiative and the implementation of ventures in wine tourism
should, in addition to the basis, which is primarily made up of the quality of the wine;
include the authenticity of the area, event management and connect the tourist
dimension connected with the provision of accommodation in order to create a unique
ambiance in wine tourism. The development of entrepreneurship in wine tourism is
important for the development of the image of the tourist destination, the
entrepreneurial environment and climate, and for meeting the increasingly complex
needs of modern tourist demand.
