Abstract
Čelik je jedan on najkorištenijih materijala na svijetu, a valjanje najčešći proces njegove deformacije. U ovom radu ispitan je utjecaj plastičnosti materijala tj. njegova anizotropija. Materijal (hladnovaljani čelik DC01) je ispitan emisijskim masenim spektometrom kako bi se utvrdio njegov kemijski sastav te odgovara li standardu. Metalografska analiza je odrađena kako bi se provjerio raspored zrna te njihovo usmjerenje. Nakon toga epruvete rezane pod 0°, 45° i 90° u odnosu na smjer valjanja podvrgnute su statičkom vlačnom testu te dobiveni su različiti rezultati što potvrđuje da se radi o anizotropnom materijalu. Na kraju rada je dan pregled i zaključak s obzirom na različite rezultate mjerenja ovisno o kutu rezanja uzoraka.
Abstract (english)
Steel is one of the most widely used materials in the world, and rolling is the most common process for its deformation. In this study, the influence of material plasticity, specifically its anisotropy, was examined. The material (cold-rolled steel DC01) was analyzed using emission mass spectrometry to determine its chemical composition and conformity to the standard. Metallographic analysis was conducted to verify the grain distribution and their orientation. Subsequently, specimens were cut at 0°, 45°, and 90° with respect to the rolling direction and subjected to a static tensile test, yielding different results, confirming that the material is anisotropic. Finally, the paper provides an overview and conclusions based on the varying measurement results depending on the cutting angle of the samples.
