razvijati. Sažeto rečeno, emocionalna inteligencija je sposobnost prepoznavanja i
upravljanja emocijama. U državnoj statistici zanimanje podrazumijeva posao (radno
njihov i poslovni i privatni život.
Abstract (english) Feelings are more fleeting, unlike a mood that lasts for a long time, not just a
specific moment. It often happens that feelings affect mood. The term emotional
intelligence is defined as a mental ability or a set of mental abilities that allow
recognition, learning, memory and thinking ability and differs from IQ in that emotional
intelligence can be developed. In short, emotional intelligence is the ability to recognize
and manage emotions. In state statistics, occupation means a job (workplace)
performed by a person in order to earn a living. A job (job) is defined as a set of work
tasks performed by one person.
Emotional labor or feelings work is when employees express the feelings that
the organization wants during their interpersonal interactions in the workplace. The
term job satisfaction can be defined as a positive feeling/attitude about one's job. A
person who has a high degree of job satisfaction has positive feelings towards the job,
while a person who is dissatisfied with the job has mainly negative feelings towards
the job. The research was conducted in one retail chain in the Republic of Croatia, in
the Istrian County, in branches in Pula and the Pula area. The survey was conducted
using the UEK-45 questionnaire, and the research was conducted on the basis of 95
completed surveys. Then the results of the research are presented and analyzed. We
can conclude that the respondents are not satisfied with their jobs and that stress and
work affect their business and private lives.
