Abstract Ovo istraživanje se fokusiralo na primjenu platformi umjetne inteligencije (AI) u poslovnom kontekstu. Platforme umjetne inteligencije su sustavi koji integriraju napredne algoritme strojnog učenja i analize podataka kako bi omogućili razvoj, implementaciju i upravljanje AI aplikacijama i rješenjima. Cilj istraživanja bio je istražiti potencijal AI platformi za optimizaciju poslovnih procesa, povećanje produktivnosti i konkurentske prednosti tvrtki. Postavljene hipoteze su se odnosile na ulogu AI platformi kao novog pokretača inovacija te mogućnosti korištenja AI platforme kao usluge. Analizom primjera iz različitih industrija potvrđeno je da primjena AI platformi potiče inovacije, razvoj novih poslovnih modela i pruža mogućnosti za rast. U zaključku, ističemo da daljnje istraživanje i razvoj AI platformi su potrebne kako bi se iskoristile sve prednosti umjetne inteligencije u poslovnim kontekstima. Preporučuje se podrška tvrtkama u razumijevanju i implementaciji AI platformi te istraživanje novih mogućnosti primjene.
Abstract (english) This research focused on the application of artificial intelligence (AI) platforms in a business context. AI platforms are systems that integrate advanced machine learning algorithms and data analysis to enable the development, implementation, and management of AI applications and solutions. The aim of the research was to explore the potential of AI platforms in optimizing business processes, increasing productivity, and gaining competitive advantages for companies. The hypotheses addressed the role of AI platforms as a new driver of innovation and the possibilities of using AI platforms as a service. Through the analysis of examples from various industries, it was confirmed that the implementation of AI platforms stimulates innovation, the development of new business models, and provides opportunities for growth. In conclusion, further research and development of AI platforms are necessary to fully leverage the benefits of artificial intelligence in business contexts. Support for companies in understanding and implementing AI platforms, as well as exploration of new application possibilities, is recommended.
