Abstract Korištenje kanala distribucije omogućuje uslužnim tvrtkama da optimiziraju proces
pružanja usluga. Kanali distribucije mogu pomoći u učinkovitom raspoređivanju
resursa, vremenskom planiranju i organizaciji pružanja usluga. Ovo može rezultirati
smanjenjem vremena čekanja za klijente i povećanjem ukupne produktivnosti.
Predmet istraživanja završnog rada su posebnosti kanala distribucije u uslužnim
djelatnostima, sa prikazom primjera kanala distribucije – pizzerije Zara u Barbanu.
Svrha ovog završnog rada je istražiti specifičnosti usluga i njihove kanale distribucije
iz teorijske perspektive te analizirati istu problematiku na primjeru kanala distribucije
pizzerije Zara iz Barbana. U radu je naglašena važnost učinkovitosti kanala
distribucije u sektoru uslužnih djelatnosti te istaknuta potreba za njihovom
optimizacijom usmjerenom na suvremene trendove digitalizacije poslovanja.
Upravljanje kanalima distribucije u uslužnim djelatnostima također zahtijeva praćenje
trendova i promjena u industriji. Pravilno upravljanje kanalima distribucije u uslužnim
djelatnostima omogućuje povećanje dostupnosti usluga, prilagodbu potrebama
kupaca, stvaranje konkurentske prednosti i poboljšanje ukupnog iskustva kupaca.
Rezultati provedenog istraživanja ukazali su na visoku učinkovitost i primjenu
optimalnih strategija u odabiru kanala distribucije promatranog ugostiteljskog objekta.
Abstract (english) The use of distribution channels allows service companies to optimize the service
delivery process. Distribution channels can help in efficient allocation of resources,
time planning and organization of service delivery. This can result in reduced wait
times for customers and increased overall productivity.
The subject of research of the final thesis is the peculiarities of distribution channels
in service industries, with a presentation of an example of the distribution channels of
pizzeria Zara from Barban. The purpose of this final paper is to investigate the
specifics of services and their distribution channels from a theoretical perspective and
to analyze the same issue using the example of the distribution channels of pizzeria
Zara from Barban. Through this work, the high efficiency of distribution channels in
the service sector will be emphasized, and the need for their optimization aimed at
contemporary trends in the digitalization of business will be highlighted.
Managing distribution channels in service industries also requires monitoring trends
and changes in the industry. Proper management of distribution channels in service
industries enables increasing the availability of services, adapting to customer needs,
creating a competitive advantage, and improving the overall customer experience.
The results of the conducted research indicated high efficiency and the application of
optimal strategies in the selection of distribution channels of the observed catering
establishments.
