Također, obrađuje ključne alate i metodologije projektnog menadžmenta poput Waterfall-a, PRINCE2, Agilne, Scrum-a, i drugih. GDCK Pula i Udruge Sofija jasno prikazuju kako neprofitne organizacije mogu donijeti pozitivne promjene u svojim zajednicama Analizom rezultata dobivenih istraživanjem, dolazi se do zaključka, kako GDCK Pula i Udruga Sofija, iako postižu izvanredne rezultate, mogu unaprijediti svoj projektni menadžment kroz dodatnu edukaciju, precizniju ulogu projektnih menadžera i suradnju s drugim organizacijama. Projektni menadžment predstavlja temeljnu disciplinu organizacijskog uspjeha, omogućavajući strukturiran pristup promjenama i razvitku. Ulaganjem u njegov razvoj, organizacije postaju konkurentnije i ostvaruju pozitivan utjecaj na zajednicu.
Abstract (english) Today's organizations, regardless of their nature, are increasingly recognizing the importance of project management as a key factor in achieving success. Projects enable organizations to make changes, develop new products and services, and enhance their competitive position. This graduate thesis thoroughly analyzes the fundamental concepts of project management, including the definition of a project, its phases, and its role within organizations. It also delves into key project management tools and methodologies such as Waterfall, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, and others. Special attention is devoted to the application of project management in nonprofit organizations, which face unique challenges and objectives. Using examples from organizations such as GDCK Pula and Udruga Sofija, it explores the role that project management plays in achieving socially beneficial goals. Furthermore, the thesis deals with a specific case: the establishment of an educational center for youth within the GDCK Pula, examining how theoretical concepts of project management can be applied to a real project. GDCK Pula and Udruga Sofija clearly illustrate how nonprofit organizations can bring positive changes in their communities. Through the analysis of research results, the conclusion is drawn that both the GDCK Pula and Udruga Sofija, while achieving outstanding results, can enhance their project management through additional education, clearer roles for project managers, and collaboration with other organizations. The decision to employ a permanent internal or temporary external project manager depends on the specific needs and context of each organization. It is crucial to strike a balance between internal resources and external expertise, with continuous investment in developing project coordination skills. Project management represents a foundational discipline for organizational success, offering a structured approach to change and development. By investing in its development, organizations become more competitive and have a positive impact on the community.
