Abstract Poslovno komuniciranje ima ključnu ulogu u poslovanju svake organizacije jer o uspješnosti komuniciranja ovisi uspješnost provođenja svih radnih procesa.
U ovom diplomskom radu se strategijom studije slučaja Javne ustanove „Park prirode Biokovo“ želi prikazati važnost i učinkovitost poslovnog komuniciranja u organizacijama te vrste. Istražuje se proces poslovnog komuniciranja u Javnoj ustanovi „Park prirode Biokovo“. Cilj je bio utvrditi postupanja, tijek i instrumente poslovnog komuniciranja. Istraživalo se strategiju komuniciranja, rješavanje sukoba, osnovne komunikacijske alate koje ustanova upotrebljava i poslovno komuniciranje konkurentne ustanove.
Metode korištene u radu su metoda intervjuiranja i metoda analize sadržaja poslovne dokumentacije. Podaci su se prikupljali od listopada 2022. do veljače 2023., a dobiveni su iz odjela za promidžbu odabranih ustanova.
Organizacija ima piramidalnu strukturu s učinkovitom formalnom komunikacijom. Sastanci se organiziraju i provode fleksibilno, uz poštivanje komunikacijskog bontona. Smetnje i zapreke se rješavaju ad hoc, a sukobi se nastoje riješiti bez eskalacije. Komparativna analiza pokazuje da primarna institucija ima prostora za napredak u usporedbi s konkurencijom. Utvrđeno je da Javnoj ustanovi „Park prirode Biokovo“ nedostaje strategija komuniciranja, a komunikacijski alati koji se upotrebljavaju načelno prate teorijske smjernice, ali ima mjesta za dopunu.
Preporučuje se razvoj komunikacijske strategije s naglaskom na pisanu komunikaciju, korištenje jasnijih izraza kako bi se smanjile smetnje, bolji stil rješavanja sukoba, unapređenje komunikacije prema vani i češću usporedbu s drugim organizacijama.
Abstract (english) Business communication plays a crucial role in the operations of any organization, as the success of communication determines the success of all work processes.
This thesis aims to showcase the importance and effectiveness of business communication in organizations of this type through a case study of the Public Institution "Biokovo Nature Park." The research explores the business communication process within the Public Institution "Biokovo Nature Park." The goal was to determine the procedures, flow, and instruments of business communication. The study investigated communication strategies, conflict resolution, the primary communication tools used by the institution, and the business communication of a competitive institution.
The methods used in this study are the interview method and the content analysis method of business documentation. Data were collected from October 2022 to February 2023, sourced from the promotion departments of the selected institutions.
The organization has a pyramidal structure with effective formal communication. Meetings are organized and conducted flexibly, respecting communication etiquette. Obstacles and barriers are addressed ad hoc, and conflicts are resolved without escalation. A comparative analysis shows that the primary institution has room for improvement compared to its competition. It was found that the Public Institution "Biokovo Nature Park" lacks a communication strategy, and the communication tools used generally follow theoretical guidelines but have room for enhancement.
It is recommended to develop a communication strategy with an emphasis on written communication, use clearer expressions to reduce interference, adopt better conflict resolution styles, improve external communication, and conduct more frequent comparisons with other organizations.
