Abstract
Upotreba umjetne inteligencije (AI) na webu postaje sve prisutnija i utječe na mnoge aspekte svakodnevnog korištenja interneta. AI tehnologije poput strojnog učenja, obrade prirodnog jezika i personaliziranih algoritama transformiraju način na koji pretražujemo informacije, komuniciramo s web stranicama i doživljavamo online usluge. Ovo istraživanje proučava razinu korištenja AI alata među korisnicima, njihovu percepciju korisnosti i izazove povezane s privatnošću i sigurnošću podataka. Rezultati pokazuju da korisnici najviše koriste pretraživače, personalizirane preporuke i chatbotove te da većina prepoznaje AI kao vrlo korisnu tehnologiju. Ipak, postoje zabrinutosti vezane uz privatnost i etičke implikacije, što naglašava potrebu za daljnjom regulacijom i razvojem AI sustava.
Abstract (english)
The use of artificial intelligence (AI) on the web is becoming more and more prevalent and affects many aspects of everyday internet use. AI technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing and personalized algorithms are transforming the way we search for information, interact with websites and experience online services. This research examines the level of use of AI tools among users, their perception of usefulness, and challenges related to data privacy and security. The results show that users use search engines, personalized recommendations and chatbots the most, and that most recognize AI as a very useful technology. However, there are concerns about privacy and ethical implications, which highlight the need for further regulation and development of AI systems.
