Tema završnog rada je fundamentalna analiza dionica poduzeća INA d.d. – industrija nafte. Rad je podijeljen na dva ključna dijela – teorija i praktičan primjer. Praktičan primjer izveden je analizom promatranog poduzeća i sektora industrije u kojem ono posluje. U tu svrhu provedena je vertikalna i horizontalna analiza te analiza na temelju financijskih pokazatelja. U obzir su uzeti financijski podaci važeći za razdoblje od 2019. do 2023. godine. Cilj rada je bio izvesti zaključak o tome je li promatrano poduzeće (skupa sa sektorom industrije) u povoljnom položaju glede ulaganja u isto. Shodno tome, provođenje fundamentalna analize ima za cilj dodatno proučiti financijske izvještaje temeljem kojih će sadašnji ulagači i budući investitori odlučiti je li poduzeće (i sam sektor) dobar poslovni partner što se tiče povećanja vrijednosti bogatstva. Zaključci izvedeni u završnom radu stvoreni su temeljem provođenja sljedećih metoda istraživanja: induktivna metoda, deduktivna metoda, metoda analize, metoda konkretizacije, metoda generalizacije, metoda dokazivanja, metoda mjerenja.
Abstract (english) The topic of the final thesis is the fundamental analysis of the stock of INA d.d. – Oil Industry. The thesis is divided into two key sections – theory and practical example. By studying the selected literature, general information regarding fundamental analysis and related concepts was obtained. The practical example was carried out by analyzing the observed company and the sector in which it operates. For this purpose, vertical and horizontal analysis was conducted, as well as an analysis based on financial indicators. The financial data valid for the period from 2019 to 2023 were taken into consideration. The aim of this thesis was to draw a conclusion on whether the observed company (along with the industry sector) is in a favorable position regarding investment. Accordingly, the goal of conducting the fundamental analysis was to further study the financial statements, based on which current and future investors will decide whether the company (and the sector itself) is a good business partner in terms of increasing wealth value. The conclusions derived in the final thesis were based on the following research methods: inductive method, deductive method, analysis method, concretization method, generalization method, proving method, and measurement method.
