Abstract Organizacijske disfunkcionalnosti mogu nepovoljno utjecati na različite rezultate poslovanja i zadovoljstvo zaposlenika te je važno razumjeti i na vrijeme prepoznati njihovo postojanje.
Abstract (english) Organizational dysfunctions can adversely affect various business outcomes and employee satisfaction, making it crucial to understand and timely identify their existence. The aim of this master's thesis is to analyze the socio-economic impacts and consequences of different categories of organizational dysfunctions. Following the introductory section, this master's thesis explains the socio-economic approach to management that includes the interplay between social factors and economic performance within organizations. It can also help identify the causes of dysfunctions and, through the implementation of interventions, prevent and eliminate the consequences. A description of the categories of organizational dysfunctions, their symptoms and consequences follows. Separate chapters subsequently address the socio-economic performance and working environment of the company, as well as the influence of leadership on organizational dysfunctions. This master's thesis also presents the results of an analysis conducted in a selected company, focused on identifying dysfunctions. The causes, symptoms, and consequences of organizational dysfunctions are examined in detail in the example of a company. At the end, recommendations for eliminating dysfunctions are synthesized. Although a positive perception of the company and satisfaction with the working environment were confirmed in the selected case, the identified dysfunctions need to be incorporated into future guidelines for business development. It is essential to identify hidden costs, proactively manage various causes of dysfunctions, and focus on improving long-term work performance, including employee satisfaction, which can also be recognized within the socio-economic approach to management.
