Abstract
U radu je analiziran marketing program Slavonija fest CMC 200 festivala koji se u kolovozu održava u Slavonskom Brodu, a koji je jedan od najvećih glazbenih događanja s pop i rock izričajem na području regije te jedna od najznačajnijih slavonskobrodskih turističkih manifestacija. Temeljem provedenog istraživanja, provedena je analiza proizvoda, politike cijena, distribucije i promocije marketing programa festivala, a analizirani su i dodatni elementi marketing miksa, uključujući lokaciju, fizičke atribute i ljudske resurse. Također je izvršena SWOT analiza festivalskih programa. U zaključnim je razmatranjima utvrđeno da Slavonija fest CMC 200 festival kao turistički proizvod ima potencijale za budući razvoj te da je u funkciji još boljeg pozicioniranja grada Slavonskog Broda kao „festivalskog grada „ na turističkim tržištima cijele regije.
Abstract (english)
The paper analyzes the marketing program of the Slavonija Fest CMC 200 festival held in August in Slavonski Brod, which is one of the largest musical events with pop and rock expression in the region and one of the most important tourist events in Slavonski Brod. Based on the conducted research, an analysis of the product, price policy, distribution and promotion of the festival's marketing program was carried out, and additional elements of the marketing mix were also analyzed, including location, physical attributes and human resources. A SWOT analysis of festival programs was performed, as well. In the final considerations, it was determined that the Slavonija fest CMC 200 festival as a tourist product has potential for future development and that it is in the function of an even better positioning of the city of Slavonski Brod as a "festival city" on the tourist markets of the entire region.
