Abstract
U radu se govori o bitnosti učenja na poslu i utjecaju učenja na poduzeće i zaposlenike. Edukacija je vrlo bitna za svako poduzeće naročito u današnje vrijeme koje je sklono čestim promjenama. Bit konkurentnosti poduzeća je u njenim zaposlenicima koji moraju redovito savladavati vještine, stjecati nova znanja i provoditi edukaciju s ciljem stvaranja intelektualnog kapitala. Najbitniji faktor svakog poduzeća su upravo njeni zaposlenici koji su ujedno i najvažniji dio njenog uspjeha. U radu su analizirani podaci o provođenju edukacije i njenoj bitnosti u poduzećima koja se nalaze u Industrijskoj zoni Đuro Đaković u Slavonskom Brodu. Kako bi se prikupili podaci anketa je poslana na e-mail adrese zaposlenika, nakon toga podaci su analizirani zatim uvršteni u diplomski rad.
Abstract (english)
The paper discusses the importance of learning at work and the impact of learning on the company and employees. Education is very important for every company, especially in today's time, which is prone to frequent changes. The essence of a company's competitiveness lies in its employees, who must regularly master skills, acquire new knowledge and conduct education with the aim of creating intellectual capital. The most important factor of any company are its employees, who are also the most important part of its success. The paper analyzed data on the implementation of education and its importance in companies located in the Đuro Đaković Industrial Zone in Slavonski Brod. In order to collect data, a survey was sent to the e-mail addresses of employees, after which the data were analyzed and then included in the graduate thesis.
