Abstract
Diplomski rad obuhvaća razradu, analizu i tehnološku pripremu za izradu priključka prema crtežu 050. U radu je opisana tehnologija tokarenja te je i navedena njena povijest primjenjivanja. Navele su se poboljšavanja tokarskih strojeva kroz vremenske periode i bitni ljudi koji su unaprijedili ovu tehnologiju. Opisana je šira primjena tehnologije tokarenja u različitim granama strojarstva te su se naveli primjeri primjene u pojedinim sektorima. Opisani su glavni dijelovi tokarskog stroja od kojih se sastoji te je navedena podjela tokarilica ovisno o primjenama i načinima rada. Naveden je sami princip izrade te su opisana gibanja koja se javljaju i koji su glavni režimi kod obrade. Na osnovu analize crteža 050 opisan je materijal iz kojega se razrađuje tokarena pozicija te su opisane karakteristike materijala i navedena primjena, Kroz tehnološku razradu opisani su svi koraci i operacije kroz koje je potrebno proći od početne šipke do sirovca pa sve do gotovog komada te je na osnovu razrade i primjera naveden zaključak.
Abstract (english)
The master's thesis includes the development, analysis and technological preparation for making the connecting part according to drawing 050. The thesis describes the turning technology and its history of application. Improvements to lathes over time and important people who improved this technology are listed. The wider application of turning technology in various branches of mechanical engineering is described, and examples of application in individual sectors are given. The main parts of the lathe are described, and the division of lathes according to applications and modes of operation is indicated. The manufacturing principle itself is stated, and the movements that occur and which are the main processing parameters are described. Based on the analysis of drawing 050, the material from which the turned position is required is described, and the characteristics of the material and the specified application are described, Through the technological elaboration, all the steps and operations that need to go through from the initial bar to the raw material for turninga and all the way to the finished piece are described, and a conclusion is given based on the elaboration and examples.
