Abstract
Ovaj rad opisuje postupak dobivanja bijelog lima s naglaskom na anti korozijsku zaštitu. U uvodu je opisan je postupak proizvodnje čelika i sistematizacija čelika. U nastavku rada se kroz tehnologije lijevanja, obrade metala deformiranjem te tehnologije zaštite od korozije želi opisati način dobivanja bijelog lima. Opisana je korozija i podjela korozijskih procesa, te kemijski element kositar, njegova svojstva i tehnologije kositrenja. Na kraju rada je opisana kontrola kvalitete bijelog lima te ekološki utjecaj bijelog lima.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes the process of production of tinplate with an emphasis on anti-corrosion protection. The introduction describes the process of steel production and systematization of steel. In the continuation of the work, the production of tinplate is described through the technologies of casting, metal processing by deformation and corrosion protection technology. Corrosion and systematization of corrosion processes are described, as well as the chemical element tin, its properties, and tinning technologies. At the end of the paper, the quality control of tinplate and the environmental impact of tinplate are described.
