Abstract
Tema završnog rada je primjena MAG postupka zavarivanja pri zavarivanju ARMOX 500T čelika. Ovaj rad u svom teorijskom dijelu opisuje oklopne čelike velike tvrdoće i MAG postupak zavarivanja. U eksperimentalnom dijelu ispitivanja potrebno je objediniti oklopne čelike velike tvrdoće i postojeću tehniku zavarivanja kako bi se postigli kvalitetni zavareni spojevi s odgovarajućom makrostrukturom. Eksperimentalni dio rada obuhvaća ostvarivanje zavarenog spoja, slijed pokusa u pojedinim tehnološkim operacijama i ispitivanje njegove makrostrukture. Primarni cilj ovog pokusa je postizanje zavarenog spoja sa zadovoljavajućom makrostrukturom, dok je sekundarni cilj zadržati mehanička svojstva osnovnog materijala.
Abstract (english)
The topic of the final thesis was application of MAG welding procedures during welding ARMOX 500T steel. This paper describes, in its theoretical part high hardness armor steels and MAG welding process. In the experimental part of the study, it is necessary to combine high hardness armor steel and the existing welding technique to achieve quality welded joints with appropriate macrostructure. The experimental part includes the realization of the welded joint, a sequence of experiments in individual technological operations, and the examination of its macrostructure. The primary objective of this experiment is to achieve a welded joint with satisfactory macrostructure, while the secondary objective is to maintain the mechanical properties of the base material.
