Abstract
Za pravilan rast i razvoj djece rane i predškolske dobi vrlo važnu ulogu ima provođenje tjelesnih aktivnosti u dječjem vrtiću i obitelji. Posljedice smanjene tjelesne aktivnosti ukazuju na pojačane zdravstvene probleme djece, ali i odraslih. Odgojitelji i roditelji važni su čimbenici za podizanje svijesti o utjecaju tjelesnih aktivnosti na unapređenje zdravlja, važnosti zdrave prehrane, sprječavanje nastanka mnogih bolesti organizma te stvaranje navike tjelesnog vježbanja kod djece rane i predškolske dobi. Kroz ovaj rad upoznat ćemo se s pojmom kineziologije, tjelesnim vježbanjem djece predškolske dobi, zimovanjem te kineziološkim značajkama odgojitelja. Naglasak ovog rada stavljen je na identifikaciju odabranih kinezioloških značajki odgojitelja. Rezultati su pokazali važnost identifikacije određenih kinezioloških značajki odgojitelja koje utječu na zdravstveno i tjelesno odgojno-obrazovno djelovanje.
Abstract (english)
Physical activity in the kindergarten and in the family plays are very important role in proper growth and development in children of early and preschool age. The effects of reduced physical activity indicate increased health problems in children as well as in adults. Kindergarten teachers and parents are important factors in raising awareness of the impact of physical activity on improving health, the importance of a healthy diet, the preventing many diseases, and creating the habit of physical exercise in children of early and preschool age. Through this work we will be introduced to the concept of kinesiology, physical exercise of preschool children, wintering and kinesiological characteristics of kindergarten teachers. This paper emphasis the identification of selected kinesiological characteristics of kindergarten teachers. The results have shown the importance of identifying certain kinesiological characteristics of kindergarten teachers that affect health and physical education performance.
