Abstract
U današnjem konkurentnom poslovnom okruženju, uspostavljanje i održavanje dugoročne lojalnosti kupaca postalo je ključni aspekt uspjeha za organizacije. Jedna od učinkovitih strategija za poticanje lojalnosti je implementacija sustava nagrađivanja. Ovaj završni rad ima za cilj istražiti različite aspekte u stvaranju dugoročnih odnosa lojalnosti putem sustava nagrađivanja i pružiti vrijedne uvide tvrtkama koje žele poboljšati lojalnost svojih kupaca.
Abstract (english)
In todays competitive business soroundings, astabilishing and maintaing longterm customer loyalty became one of the key aspects of organisations succes. One of the efficient strategy for encouraging loyalty is implementation of reward sistems. This final paper has a goal to explore different aspects in forming longterm loyal relations with an reward sistem and give a valuble insight to companies that wish to inprove their customers loyalty .
