Abstract
Uloga inovacija u stjecanju znanja organizacije je ključna za njezin uspjeh i konkurentske prednosti. Inovacije omogućuju organizaciji da istražuje nove ideje, tehnologije i pristupe, što proširuje njezino znanje o tržištu, potrebama kupaca i konkurenciji. Kroz inovacije, organizacija stječe novo znanje koje je temelj za rast, razvoj i dugoročnu uspješnost. Inovacije također potiču razvoj organizacijske kulture koja podržava učenje i dijeljenje znanja. One doprinose razvoju konkurentske prednosti organizacije, privlače nove kupce i optimiziraju interne procese. Organizacije koje prepoznaju važnost inovacija i aktivno ih potiču imaju veće izglede za uspjeh u dinamičnom poslovnom okruženju.
Abstract (english)
The role of innovation in knowledge acquisition within an organization is crucial for its success and competitive advantage. Innovations enable organizations to explore new ideas, technologies, and approaches, expanding their knowledge about the market, customer needs, and competition. Through innovation, organizations gain new knowledge that serves as the foundation for growth, development, and long-term success. Innovations also foster the development of an organizational culture that supports learning and knowledge sharing. They contribute to the development of a competitive advantage for the organization, attracting new customers and optimizing internal processes. Organizations that recognize the importance of innovation and actively encourage it are more likely to succeed in a dynamic business environment.
