Abstract
Obrađivana tema ovog rada je motivacija zaposlenika. Pokušava se odgovoriti na pitanja kako i zašto motivirati zaposlenike, te zbog čega zaposlenici uopće postaju demotivirani. Cilj rada je na jednostavan i prost način, temeljen na provedenim anketama i analizama stručnjaka odgovoriti na pitanje motivacije zaposlenika, te pomoći čitatelju rada shvaćanje važnosti motivacije zaposlenika. Navedene i opisane su razne teorije motivacije kod zaposlenih osoba, te se navodi važnost komunikacije unutar poduzeća kao i radna uspješnost zaposlenika. Glavni zaključak rada je važnost i utjecaj na motivaciju kod zaposlenika u odnosu na poduzeće u kojem su zaposleni.
Abstract (english)
In this final thesis, the topic of employee motivation is addressed. It attempts to answer questions on how and why to motivate employees, as well as why employees become demotivated in the first place. The aim of the thesis is to provide a simple and straightforward answer to the question of employee motivation, based on conducted surveys and expert analyses, and to help the reader understand the importance of employee motivation. Various theories of motivation among employees are mentioned and described, along with the importance of communication within the company and the work performance of employees. The main conclusion of the thesis is the significance and impact on employee motivation concerning the company in which they are employed.
