The purpose of this graduation thesis is to deal with the topic: globalization during the COVID-19 pandemic. The main purpose of this paper is to describe development by movement of globalization, which is marked by the effects of the pandemic and to track consequences that were left behind the pandemic. The conclusion is based on a review of previous years in business, which were marked by numerous restrictions and changes. Furthermore, the paper includes an overview of business trends and globalization in times when unlimited and comprehensive business is not possible. Also, the paper contains a review of the world we know before and the world we knew after the pandemic and the consequences that resulted with new ways of doing business. Finally, the conducted research, which was based on the attitudes of the participants, and their view of life and business in the past time affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, is analized. The opinions of the respondents are divided, and some of them have a positive and some negative view of the past pandemic. A certain number of respondents believe that the Covid-19 pandemic was intentionally created to cause changes in the world, while the other part believes that the COVID-19 pandemic really existed and no one planned it in advance. Furthermore, respondents believe that the pandemic has had a significant impact on business and the economy, and thus contributed to numerous changes that have arisen as a result of the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on business. Based on their opinion, numerous changes and new ways of doing business have arisen, that would not have been realized if it had not been for the past pandemic.
