Abstract
Dimnjačarstvo je zanat koji postoji u osnovnim oblicima još otkako su ljudi za kuhanje i grijanje počeli ložiti vatru unutar nastambi koje su izgradili. Kroz povijest su se načini obavljanja i tehnologije poslovanja mijenjale i pratile suvremena dostignuća te je tako posao dimnjačara jednako važan sada kao što je bio i u tim davnim vremenima. Kako bi poslovanje bilo isplativo i kako bi moglo pratiti zahtjeve suvremene tehnologije potreban je konstantni razvoj poslovanja te implementacija novih tehnologija koje su na raspolaganju. Cilj rada je na uspješnom primjeru prikazati kako je digitalizacijom poslovanja moguće unaprijediti poslovanje dijela ili cijele tvrtke te od neprofitabilne stvoriti uspješnu organizaciju.
Abstract (english)
Chimney sweeping is a craft that has existed in basic forms ever since people began to light fires for cooking and heating inside the dwellings they built. Throughout history, business methods and technologies have changed and followed modern achievements, so the job of a chimney sweep is just as important now as it was in those ancient times. In order for the business to be profitable and to be able to follow the requirements of modern technology, it is necessary to constantly develop the business and implement the new technologies that are available. The aim of the paper is to show, using a successful example, how the digitalization of companies can improve the business of a part or the whole company and create a successful organization from an unprofitable one.
