Abstract U ovom završnom radu tema je komunikacija unutar Valamar Riviere. Kroz pisanje rada cilj je obuhvatiti teorijski aspekt komunikacije i bontona sa primjerom iz prakse, poduzećem Valamar Riviera. Navedeno poduzeće jedno je od najpoznatijih hrvatskih poduzeća koje se bavi turizmom i ugostiteljstvom te drugim s tim povezanim djelatnostima. Komunikacija kao razgovor, razmjena ideja, emocija, stavova, mišljenja prisutna je u Valamaru svaki dan. Odnos među zaposlenicima očituje se upravo komunikacijom, njezinim vrstama, bilo da se radi o pismenoj, usmenoj ili neverbalnoj komunikaciji, te njezinim smjerovima poput horizontalnog, vertikalnog ili dijagonalnog. Komunikacija je jednako važna za svakidašnji rad i daljnje napredovanje poduzeća, bilo da se radi o komunikaciji unutar tvrtke ili komunikaciji tvrtke s gostima, dobavljačima i ostalim poslovnim partnerima. Funkcija komunikacije je informiranje, motiviranje, emocionalno izražavanje i kontroliranje, usklađenost sva četiri elementa daje najbolje rezultate za poduzeće. Važnost komunikacije, ne umanjuje pritom važnost poslovnog bontona. Poslovni bonton definiran je kao kodeks pravila lijepog i pristojnog ponašanja, koji jednako važi za sve zaposlenike neovisno o njihovoj poziciji i radnom mjestu u poduzeću. Važno se pridržavati osnovnih pravila kada se radi o oslovljavanju, upoznavanju, predstavljanju i odijevanju. Poduzeće Valamar nastoji održati bonton na visokoj razini, u odnosu prema gostima i u odnosu među zaposlenicima. Zaključno je da poduzeće Valamar Riviera ima vrlo zadovoljavajuću komunikaciju i bonton sukladno određenim pravilima istih, kao i da će nastaviti i dalje ulagati u njihovu primjenu, sve s ciljem postizanja najboljeg rezultata.
Abstract (english) In this final paper, the topic is communication within the Valamar Riviera. Through writing the paper, the goal is to cover the theoretical aspect of communication and etiquette with an example from practice, the company Valamar Riviera. The mentioned company is one of the most famous Croatian companies dealing with tourism and catering and other related activities. Communication as conversation, exchange of ideas, emotions, attitudes, opinions is present in Valamar every day. The relationship between employees is manifested precisely by communication, its types, whether it is written, oral or non-verbal communication, as well as directions such as horizontal, vertical or diagonal. Communication is equally important for the everyday work and further progress of the company, whether it is communication within the company or the company's communication with guests, suppliers and other business partners. The function of communication is informing, motivating, emotional expression and controlling, the harmony of all four elements gives the best results for the company. The importance of communication does not diminish the importance of business etiquette. Business etiquette is defined as a code of rules of nice and decent behavior, which applies equally to all employees, regardless of their position and workplace in the company. It is important to follow the basic rules when it comes to addressing, getting to know each other, presenting and dressing. The company Valamar strives to maintain etiquette at a high level, in relation to guests or in the relation between employees. It is concluded that the company Valamar Riviera has very satisfactory communication and etiquette in accordance with certain rules, as well as that it will continue to invest everything in order to achieve the best result.
