Abstract
Evolucija self-help industrije je sektor koji se transformirao kroz povijest, prilagođavajući se tehnološkim inovacijama i društvenim promjenama. Od svojih pionirskih koraka u 19. stoljeću, preko popularizacije self-help-a, ova industrija postala je globalno dostupna i raznovrsna. Digitalne platforme, aplikacije, društvene mreže i personalizirani pristup omogućili su širok pristup i prilagođavanje individualnim potrebama korisnika. Unatoč kritikama zbog komercijalizacije i ponekad upitne znanstvene osnove, self-help industrija nastavlja rasti, integrirajući nove tehnologije poput njene inteligencije i virtualne stvarnosti. Budućnost self-helpa obećava još veću personalizaciju, holistički pristup fizičkom i mentalnom zdravlju te povećanu društvenu odgovornost. Ova industrija ostaje relevantna pomažući ljudima postići osobni rast i unaprijediti svoje živote.
Abstract (english)
The evolution of the self-help industry is a sector that has transformed throughout history, adapting to technological innovation and social change. From its pioneering steps in the 19th century, through the popularization of self-help, this industry has become globally accessible and diverse. Digital platforms, applications, social networks and personalized access have enabled broad access and adaptation to the individual needs of users. Despite criticism for its commercialization and sometimes questionable scientific basis, the self-help industry continues to grow, integrating new technologies such as artificial intelligence and virtual reality. The future of self-help promises even greater personalization, a holistic approach to physical and mental health, and increased social responsibility. This industry remains relevant by helping people achieve personal growth and improve their lives.
