Abstract
Zavarivanje je postupak kojim se spajaju dva ili više materijala koji mogu biti istorodni ili raznorodni uz pomoć taljenja ili uz pritisak, bez ili sa dodatnim materijalom da se dobije zavareni spoj bez pogreške. Najčešći korišteni postupci zavarivanja aluminija i aluminijskih legura su MIG (eng. Metal Inert Gas) i TIG (eng. Tungsten Inert Gas), oni su najčešće korišteni jer je kod njih osigurana inertna zaštitna atmosfera. Kroz ovaj rad će se nastojati opisati nešto više o zavarivanju aluminija MIG synchro pulse postupkom i MIG puls postupkom zavarivanj. U teorijskom dijelu rada će biti napisano nešto više o aluminiju i aluminijskim legurama te važnim svojstvima pri zavarivanju aluminija. Isto tako će se pisati općenito o MIG zavarivanju te nakon toga o MIG synchro pulse zavarivanju i MIG puls postupku zavarivanja i tehnikama rada pri tom zavarivanju, pištolju kojim se zavaruje, zaštitnim plinovima, izvoru struje, parametrima zavarivanja, primjeni MIG postupka te prednostima i nedostacima. Nakon toga će se kroz praktični dio rada prikazati na temelju uzoraka prikazati zavarivanje aluminija MIG synchro pulse postupkom i MIG puls postupkom zavarivanja.
Abstract (english)
Welding is a process by which two or more materials that can be identical or diverse with the help of melting or with pressure, without or with additional material to obtain a welded joint without error. The most commonly used welding procedures for aluminum and aluminum alloys are MIG (eng. Metal Inert Gas) and TIG (eng. Tungsten Inert Gas), they are most commonly used because they provide a protective atmosphere. Through this work, one will try to describe something more about welding aluminum MIG synchro pulse by process. In the theoretical part of the paper, something more will be written about aluminum and aluminum alloys and important properties in aluminum welding. It will also be written in general about MIG welding and thereafter about MIG synchro pulse welding and techniques of operation in that welding, welded gun, protective gases, current source, welding parameters, application of the MIG procedure and advantages and disadvantages. After that, through the practical part of the work, the welding of aluminum with the MIG synchro pulse will be shown on the basis of samples.
