Abstract
U ovom radu sam opisao automatizaciju polica za pločaste regale. Koristio sam PLC Siemens S7 – 1200, a program sam radio u Ladder diagram. Opisao sam detaljno opremu to su bili: razni senzori za dojavu, elektromagnetski ventili i druga oprema. Pojavom automatizacije proizvodnja je postala efikasnija i upravlja sa složenim procesima koji su zamijenili ljudsku prisutnost. Nedostatak uvođenjem automatizacije je smanjenje radnih mjesta. Automatska skladišna tehnologija osigurava sigurno i brzo kretanje robe sa što manjim zauzimanjem prostora.
Abstract (english)
In this paper, I described the automation of shelves for panel racks. I used PLC Siemens S7 – 1200, and I made the program in Ladder diagram. I described the equipment in detail: various sensors for reporting, electromagnetic valves and other equipment. With the advent of automation, production has become more efficient and manages complex processes that have replaced human presence. The disadvantage of introducing automation is the reduction of jobs. Automatic storage technology ensures safe and fast movement of goods with as little space as possible.
