Abstract
U ovom završnom radu objašnjen je proces obrade aluminijevih legura protusmjernim istiskivanjem. Protusmjerno istiskivanje je jedna od metoda istiskivanja koja spada pod obrade plastičnom deformacijom. Navedeni su i u objašnjeni osnovni tipovi istiskivanja te metode i principi rada za protusmjerno istiskivanje. Također su navedena svojsta aluminija i njegovih legura koje se koriste u ovom procesu, točnije legure aluminija Al6061. Nadalje su izneseni izrazi za računanje tlakova, naprezanja, sila... Navedeni su i objašnjeni strojevi i alati za izvršavanje postupka protusmjernog istiskivanja aluminija, te su im prikazani dijelovi i objašnjene uloge bitnijih dijelova. Također je navedena i primjena procesa te nastalih proizvoda u industriji.
Abstract (english)
In this final paper, the process of aluminum alloy processing by indirect extrusion has been explained. Indirect extrusion is one of the extrusion methods involved in plastic deformation processing. The basic types of extrusion and the methods and principles of indirect extrusion are also explained. Aluminum and aluminium alloys used in this process, namely aluminum alloy Al6061, are also mentioned. In addition, the expressions for pressure, strain, force ... The aforementioned and explained machines and tools for the execution of the indirect extrusion process of aluminum, are presented with parts and explained the role of the most important parts. The process and the resulting products in the industry are also mentioned.
