Abstract
Multinacionalna korporacija jest jedna vrlo velika kompanija, koja u sklopu sa kompanijom posjeduje i mnogo podružnica koje se nalaze širom svijeta na raznim lokacijama po cijelome svijetu. Podružnice multinacionalnih korporacija posluju i drže se regulacija prava i ostalih regulacija u zemlji u kojoj su izgrađene i posluju, no svaka podružnica je iako je u drugoj zemlji politikom kojom je osnovana ipak odgovara, odnosno povezana je za središnju korporaciju, to jest multinacionalnu korporaciju. U ovome diplomskom radu će se bolje prikazati sama povijest i nastanak multinacionalnih korporacija i njegove sastavnice. Također se uz Multinacionalne korporacije opisuju i globalizacija kao i međunarodni menadžment koji su uzrokovali pojavi multinacionalnih korporacija.
Abstract (english)
The multinational corporation is a very large company, which, together with the company, also has many branches located around the world in various locations around the world. Branches of multinational corporations operate and adhere to the regulation of rights and other regulations in the country in which they are built and operate, but each branch, although in another country, is still responsible for the policy by which it was established, it is connected to the central corporation. This thesis will better present the history and origins of multinational corporations and its components. In addition to Multinational Corporations, globalization is also described, as well as the international management that caused the emergence of multinational corporations.
